MEET EMILY

A deeply connected and spiritually driven yoga and meditation instructor, Emily fully embodies the harmonious balance between nature, self-discovery, and healing. From an early age, Emily always found solace and inspiration in the serene embrace of the natural world. Growing up along the banks of the Mississippi River, she has cultivated a profound appreciation for the interconnectedness of all beings and the transformative power of our planet. These formative experiences instilled in her a deep reverence for the earth, igniting a lifelong commitment to living in harmony with the natural rhythms of life. Emily integrates the ancient wisdom of yoga and meditation with her innate connection to nature in all of her teachings.

Emily specializes in facilitating one-on-one client sessions as well as leading group classes, events, & retreats.

​

Her extensive knowledge and experience include earning over a decade of yoga experience, over 500 hours of yoga training, working in yoga studio management for 3rd Street Yoga, directing the Edmond chapter of Yoga in the Park: a volunteer-led program providing free yoga to the public, and leading classes for the Metropolitan Library System. Whether you’re practicing for mental, physical, or spiritual health, Emily is ready to hold space for you.
